Anne Murata is a creative writer, broadcast producer, public relations, media and marketing strategy person. She's received every international marketing and advertising award, including the prestigious CLIO, IBA, ANDY and ADDY awards. 

She drives marketing and creates successful ad campaigns for many of the largest shopping center/commercial real estate developers, residential real estate companies, retail, media, hotel, travel and tourism, and branded product industries in 
Hawaii and on the Mainland USA. 

Formerly group publisher of Guest Informant visitor publications and national marketing manager, she was also president and founder of Murata Creative Advertising of Honolulu and before that, founder, president, and  creative director of Medlin & Associates ad agency of Marina del Rey, California. Currently, she is director of marketing and business development for Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor. 

Anne has held executive positions in advertising agencies from Los Angeles, California to Lausanne, Switzerland. She often serves as an adjunct instructor of advertising at Hawaii Pacific University where she serves on the Communication Advisory Council. She has held various chair positions over the years in in the International Council of Shopping Centers, is active in the Hawaii Hotel & Lodging Association, Retail Merchants of Hawaii, the Japan Hawaii Travel Association, and the American Marketing Association. 

She is an often requested speaker and is available to address groups large and small on various marketing and media subjects.
